What's Art Got to Do With This? How I Do My Job Contact Suze

Search for Your Home

The job of 'Realtor' has two very separate parts to it and there are different skill sets required for each stage of a transaction:

As a buyer's agent – my job is to get to know you, work out exactly what kind of home you'd like to live in and understand the ideal location. Once we've found the perfect home, I help you purchase it at the right price, and inform you of all the current possible problems that surround the purchase (oil tank testing, sewer line scoping, siding composition, etc). Once we are comfortable with the details, I Iwrite up the contract. In today market, finding the best lender for your situation is crucial. Also negotiating through the home inspection and any repairs that might arise out of that inspection, and helping you find the right partners (home inspectors, handymen, contractors, designers etc) to complete the transaction to your dream home are services I provide.

Through this whole process I have one question that is above all others:

"Are we having FUN?"

Because if we're having fun then the hunt for the perfect house will be good and your stress levels will be lowered. Ultimately my job is to ensure that your experience is as stress free as I can make it.

As a seller's agent – I help you understand the current market, including where the competition is, and how best to price and present your home. Using the most up to date marketing tools, including my website, flyers, virtual tours, print advertising, the RMLS and networking, we showcase your home to the most likely potential buyers.

When an offer comes in, I help you get the right selling price by understanding the current market negotiating through the home inspection and finding the right partners (home inspectors, handymen, contractors) to bid for any repairs that came out of the inspection, ensuring that the right job gets done at the right price.

As a realtor I enjoy every aspect of the job and I think it shows.
